Tim Stevenson

Shoulder Strength and Conditioning Specialist
Tim has been working with elite athletes since 2008 as professional Strength and Conditioning Coach. He's a UK Strength and Conditioning Association (UKSCA) accredited coach and has a Masters of Research in Exercise Physiology.

Karen Stevenson

Communications + Operations
Karen works alongside Tim to manage the day-to-day running of things and help ensure you have a fantastic experience.
